Fred is an award winning broadcaster with over two decades of professional media experience and an accomplished writer of prose and comics.

He's also an avid sweatpants enthusiast and has many pairs for both formal and casual gatherings.

Fred grew up in Belgium, moving to Canada when he was twelve years old. It was during these first few weeks in a new home that he fell in love with the comic book medium--leafing through the spinner rack at his local 7-11 waiting for his turn on the Street Fighter 2 cabinet.
